With fantastic walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep, sheltered coves and sandy beaches are waiting to be discovered. The nearby village of Helford is home to a popular pub and village stores as well as sailing facilities. Arranged over three floors, the accommodation is spacious and full of natural light. Stepping in to the property on the ground floor, you will find the kitchen complete with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything you should need throughout your stay. Once you have finished preparing your meals, head to the lounge/diner where a large table sits in sunlight next to the window and comfortable sofas surround a wood burner effect electric fire and TV with Freeview, DVD and hi fi. Heading up to the first floor you will find a large double bedroom and a bunk bedroom ideal for children. You will also find the main family bathroom with bath and overhead shower plus an additional shower room with WC on this floor. On the second floor there is a spacious family bedroom with a double and single bed; perfect for groups with a young child, while another large double room next door enjoys distant views of Falmouth Bay. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the sunshine. Adjacent to the garden there is a shared indoor heated swimming pool, which is open from May to the end of September
