Inside, the accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge is spacious and inviting and features a TV/DVD with Freeview, plus a cosy living flame gas fire for evenings in, while the dining area in the lounge overlooks the pretty patio outside. During the day, the small suntrap conservatory is the perfect spot to relax with a good book all year round. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, comprising of one double, one twin and one single with 2'6" bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower over bath, WC and heated towel rail. Outside, a private patio area gives way to a pretty, enclosed garden. Surrounded by mature foliage this is a tranquil space in which to enjoy a summer BBQ or peaceful afternoon.
