Barn in North Cornwall, Bude

Cornwall. Sleeps up to 4

Situated in a delightful part of North Cornwall, the property enjoys some panoramic views over fields to the ocean. You will be perfectly positioned for touring Cornwall and North Devon and visiting the many sandy family beaches including Widemouth Bay (ideal for surfing), which is less than 3 miles by car. You will also be close to the many attractions which include Dairyland Farm World, The Rebel Cinema, the Bude sea lock and canal, the Eden Project, Clovelly Village, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and more. The area is famed for its walks namely the South West Coast Path. Many of these trails offer scenery of outstanding natural beauty. Adopting an inverted design, this former barn retains much of the original charm, incorporating some features into its layout. On arrival, you will encounter the bedrooms first: one double and one twin. Upstairs on the first floor is an open plan social area that includes a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom containing a shower over bath with WC. The lounge area centres around a TV/DVD and a wood burner to relax in front of, while there is also a hi fi to listen to your favourite music with. Wood is supplied (one basket) for the fire between October and April. The kitchen area comes equipped with an oven, a fridge with ice compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available by arrangement. Step outside the property into the shared garden, where the property has its own picnic table and a handy BBQ too. For children, there is a shared outdoor play area, and guests are encouraged to explore the grounds.
