The immediate area is a paradise for walking, biking and hiking with Tinto Hill, Culter Fell and Crosscryne all within 10 miles. Or enjoy a trip to the beautiful Dawyck Botanic Gardens, Falls of Clyde Visitor Centre and Wildlife Reserve, New Lanark World Heritage Site, a unique 18th century mill village, all within 14 miles of this cottage escape. With Edinburgh 30 miles away, enjoy a day trip to this bustling city home to fantastic leisure and shopping facilities. Venturing outside to the mature, enclosed garden with seating area for al fresco dining or lazy evening stargazing. There is a summer house in the garden with seating and ample enclosed off road private parking is available directly outside the house. Secured bike storage is also available in the courtyard.
