In the hamlet of Penhallow, this cottage has a fantastic position with a family friendly village pub just a stone s throw away, and with miles of countryside around, it s the perfect holiday destination for long, peaceful walks discovering the beauty of the area. Its central location makes this property a perfect base for exploring all of Cornwall. Only a short drive from the A30, you will have an easily accessible link to all areas, from the western towns of St Ives and Penzance, to the south coast with Falmouth and St Austell, or the surfer s haven of Newquay just north. Perranporth is just a short trip, with three miles of golden sand, and an abundance of amenities. Greeted by the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on entering the property, the homely décor and vibe create a welcoming space in your holiday cottage. The whole floor is slate, with a rug covering much of the lounge area to keep your feet warm when relaxing on the comfortable furnishings watching the TV/DVD. There is also a feature stone fireplace, with an electric heater to keep the chill off in the colder months. The dining table is large enough to seat up to four people, whilst the kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. The cottage has two bedrooms, both of a good size and lovingly decorated; the first room is light and airy, with a king size bed, whilst the second room has twin singles. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside you have use of the communal lawns and allocated parking for 1 car
