If you prefer to enjoy the area on foot, summit Mochrum Fell, Cairnsmore or Fell of Fleet, all accessible within 20 miles of your home. Those who prefer to while away a day fishing, the local Loch Ken (6.5 miles) is teeming with pike, roach, perch and bream. Look out for local wildlife on your travels, including otters, red kite and red deer. A local hotel with bar and restaurant can be found just 2.5 miles away, a good distance for a charming country walk. This spacious property is all set out on one level, accessible via an outdoor ramp leading to the front door.
