This property is situated on a development of five eco friendly cottages which offer a wonderful place to stay, just half a mile from the beach on the eastern side of Eastbourne. There is plenty to see and do within a short walk of the property including several playgrounds, a boating lake, and tennis courts, all of which can be found in nearby Princes Park. On the far side of the park, the Sovereign Centre is a large leisure centre with a number of pools including one with wave machine and a water slide. On the waterfront, the imposing structure of the Redoubt Fortress offers a fascinating glimpse of the town s past and also has a seafront pavilion cafe which affords fantastic views across the beach and out to sea. This eco friendly cottage has been designed specifically so as to create a light filled space which has a low carbon footprint. The main living area comprises of a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which easily enables everyone to make the most of their time together on holiday. In the lounge area there are two inviting sofas, as well as a Smart TV with DVD. Behind the lounge area, there is a dining table next to which is the sleek and contemporary kitchen area with its breakfast bar island, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first of these, the master bedroom, is a good sized room with a king size bed and large built in wardrobes. The other two bedrooms each have curved ceilings and, therefore, some reduced head height. One of these is a delightful twin room, whilst the other is a restful single. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath with shower over. Outside, there is a private patio with garden furniture for guests to enjoy, and one dedicated off road parking space.
