This delightful cottage is a perfect retreat for walkers and nature lovers, and there is a wealth of varied footpaths to choose from. You could enjoy fishing or bird watching on Chew Valley Lake, or you might visit the nearby historic cities of Wells and Bath, or discover one of the many local attractions such as Wookey Hole Caves, Cheddar Gorge, Clarks Village, Horseworld and Longleat Safari Park. The popular city of Bristol is within easy reach, with its many attractions such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the SS Great Britain. There are also plenty of golf courses to choose from, and a nearby leisure centre. On entering this charming former farm cottage you will find the comfy and welcoming lounge, with wood burner effect electric fire, TV, DVD and French doors offering a delightful view of the large garden. Exploring further, the attractive and elegantly designed kitchen/diner is well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and is a perfect place for enjoying a special meal. Moving to the first floor, you will find three cosy bedrooms. There s a comfortable and bright double bedroom and two spacious singles. You will also find a bathroom with WC on the first floor, and a ground floor WC with shower. Stepping outside from the lounge via the French doors, you will find yourself in a large, private, enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture, which is an ideal space for children to run about in, or for grown ups relaxing with a meal or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Guests are welcome to bring their own BBQ. There is ample off road parking available.
