The rugged Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are nearby, offering dramatic scenery for walkers of all abilities. Or you could simply relax and unwind in this welcoming and comfy property, and enjoy the glorious peace. On entering this beautiful property, you will find a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge and dining area is elegant and stylish, with large dining table, comfy sofas, an electric fire as well as TV/DVD, toys and board games. The French doors at the end of the lounge look out onto the garden. The kitchen area is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. You will also find a double bedroom on the ground floor, which has a door that leads out onto the patio area. Also on the ground floor is a utility room containing a washer/dryer, freezer and a downstairs WC. Upstairs you will find a king size bedroom with TV, a single bedroom and a shower room with WC. Please note there is restricted head room in the shower. Leaving the lounge through the French doors you will find the garden and patio area, complete with garden furniture and BBQ. You will also find some outdoor play equipment, including a slide and see saw. There is ample off road parking.
