This idyllic cottage is located in Belford village with access to brilliant local amenities including, shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants/pubs and a golf course. Within a simple 10 minute drive you will find yourself surrounded by the iconic Bamburgh Castle and access to the beach and superb village restaurants, pubs and shops. A trip to the Scottish borders, Alnwick Castle and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne are all just a short car drive. To the south, Seahouses can offer you boat trips to the wonderful Farne Islands to take in the wildlife and sandy beaches. This is the perfect property for those interested in cycling, walking and golfing. The Cheviot Hills and Northumberland National Park are also under a 20 minute drive away. You enter the property via several steps. The ground floor contains a cosy lounge consisting of an 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table, TV and feature fireplace with a warming wood burner effect electric fire. Double doors lead into the dining room and you can choose to leave the doors open to the dining room next door to create an open plan feel. The dining room can seat up to six guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a great range of facilities including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. As you cook, the beautiful French windows open out into the lovely, enclosed, garden. The ground floor also houses a utility room which contains a washing machine and other useful instruments. You can also access the rear garden from here. A shower room is located on the ground floor with a double headed shower and WC. As you arrive at the first floor, you'll find the three bedrooms comprising two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with bath and WC. Outside you will be greeted with an enclosed garden via fencing to the rear with a garden table to seat six. This makes it a perfect spot for an evening meal or beverage. Unallocated parking is available for one car directly to the front of the property.
