This spacious modern holiday home is laid out across three floors. On the ground floor is a garage which even includes a table tennis table and additional food storage in the form of an extra fridge/freezer. There's also a family bathroom which has a space for hanging up wetsuits, as well as a convenient utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Up on the first floor you'll find two of the property's four bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed and the other containing three single beds as well as a comfortable double sofa bed. Also on this floor is a family bathroom which has a bath and a separate walk-in shower.

The second floor boasts a spectacularly spacious sitting room with plenty of room to relax, featuring a 40" TV, a DVD player, a stereo, and a telescope perfect for gazing out to sea (try to spot the dolphins!), in addition to access to the wraparound decking outside. The outdoor decking is perfect for enjoying the superb seaside surroundings and has outdoor furniture and stunning sea views.

Also on the second floor is the dining kitchen, well-equipped with all the appliances you could need including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and wine fridge. If you need to get to work, there's also an office area with room for laptops and a Sonos sound system.

Up on the property's third floor are the two remaining bedrooms, each of which offers superb comfort with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

All in all, The Lookout is the ideal accommodation for any large group looking to enjoy an unforgettable beachfront break in this sought-after area of Cornwall.
