Comfortably furnished and well-presented throughout, with a large bright sitting room and dining area, french doors to the fully enclosed rear garden and a bright contemporary well-equipped kitchen, it is ideal for a small family, a couple or a few friends at any time of the year. There is secure bike storage for those more active and, with prior arrangement with the owner, on-site boat storage can also be arranged.

Only a few minutes walk from the colourful Quay and all of the local amenities of this bustling seaside town with its many independent shops, pubs and great eateries, you can leave your car safely at home. Or, if you’re interested in venturing out further, this is a perfect base from which to explore Norfolk's stunning beaches, coastal walks, stately homes and exceptional wildlife

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest.

A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine.

Bicycle hire is available on the quayside.

Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.

A dining area with table and seating for three. Master Bedroom With a king-size bed and window to the rear of the property. Single bedroom With a 3' single bed. Shower room Large, walk-in shower enclosure with mains pressure shower, WC, wash basin and towel rail. Outside: There is a grassed area to the front of the property and a fully enclosed garden to the rear which is laid to lawn and has garden furniture, a garden swing and kettle barbecue.
