Warm up on a frosty winter evening in the sitting room, letting the woodburning stove create a snug ambiance as you settle down for a movie night in front of the TV. Also on this floor is a study that features a double bedroom where the bed is hidden and pulled down from the wardrobe when you're ready for rest, with a handy shower room found behind, great for guests with mobility issues. Sip on a refreshing beverage as you unwind on a sunny day outside, enjoying the privacy of this secluded area in your own enclosed garden, offering peaceful views in an idyllic setting. There is a summer house in the garden with a football table game and BBQ. The second floor houses a beautiful master bedroom, offering ample amount of space, accompanied by a super-king-size bed with a TV resting in front, and a luxurious en-suite walk-in shower with a Velux skylight window overlooking verdant fields. Last but definitely not least is the gym room on this floor, providing various gym equipment so you can keep up with your exercise whilst indulging in sweet treats during your trip. Cowan Bridge is right on the property's doorstep, just a short walk along a private footpath and driveway, a quaint village where you can stroll over to the local shop and grab your self-catering essentials before heading into the adjoining tearoom for a coffee and a cake. Venture over to Kirkby Lonsdale for an even wider selection of excellent shopping, a supermarket, welcoming pubs, and a host of eateries to choose from, taking a leisurely wander through the churchyard and over to Ruskin's View to find exceptional scenery of Underley Hall and the Lune Valley. Visit the famous Devil's Bridge, boasting three unique arches over the River Lune, with lovely areas to enjoy an afternoon picnic at this historic attraction, steeped in tales of folklore. Ingleton is a great day out for all the family, home to the mesmerising Ingleton Waterfalls Trail with sparkling water features and enchanting woodland paths, as well as challenging cycling routes, hidden caves and traditional delicacies. Explore adventure as you delve deep into the Yorkshire Dales National Park, a nature-filled setting with amazing mountain hikes, picturesque views and fabulous villages, whilst the Lake District National Park boundry is just three miles away where even more fun with watersports and Lakeland activities.
