On the outside, this two-storey cottage has a dedicated parking space in front with ample street parking around the complex. Your own private paved deck with wooden fence lies just off the ground floor living area – a perfect place for alfresco dining on a warm, sunny day – and communal lawns are dotted around the leisure village. Just inside the front door is an enclosed porch, perfect for storing coats and shoes. Off to your left, you have a living-cum-dining room with table seating for six, sofas, an open fire, plus two French doors that open onto the patio letting in plenty of light. Just off of the living space is a galley-style fitted kitchen with all the mod cons. At the back is a bonus utility room with washing machine and dryer, plus a separate door leading to the outside. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with basin and WC, plus a double bedroom with a TV and en-suite shower room, suitable for some guests with mobility issues. And with a whopping four toilets in this property, surely no one will be caught out waiting to use the loo! Upstairs, find a further two bedrooms; one double bedroom, a family bathroom and a further bedroom containing two twin beds with its own en-suite shower room. As for activities, the popular Ring of Kerry Road takes you around the entire peninsula highlighting historical and geographical landmarks, of which you can go on your own or book a tour. Local points of interest include Sneem Sculpture Park (0.5 miles) and Sneem Coral Beach (7.6 miles by car). For families with children, there is a play park only a short walk away and Blueberry Hill Farm (0.9 miles by car or foot) offers a petting zoo, plus crafting and educational experiences.
