Just off the kitchen there is an utility room with a sink, washing machine and freezer and a downstairs shower room with loo and wash hand basin. The sitting room has oak floors with rugs, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove make this a great place for a winter break too. The second sitting room/games room has a TV and pool table to keep the kids entertained and a sofa bed can be made up on request. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. one double, one with a 4' bed, and a bunk bedroom (6'6" by 3'2"). The bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and ladder radiator. A small lawned garden to the back is accessed from the games room via the french doors. To the front and side of the house, there is a large grass and gravel area, which is not enclosed. The property stands on its own and in a quiet location. This pretty holiday cottage has been carefully refurbished. The inglenook fireplace has the original bread oven, and there are oak lintels above the windows, little nooks and crannies, and the odd exposed stone here and there to remind you of its’ history. Pen y Bont is close to lovely beaches and coves. The Llŷn Peninsula has wonderful walks on the coastal path. You'll find good food at the Harp in Llandwrog which is close by, and the garage in Clynnog Fawr has a convenience store.
