This much loved family home offers the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the feeling of seclusion and walk from the holiday house to quiet coves, yet you are less than a 5 minute drive to the popular seaside village of Trearddur Bay. You are also a stone’s throw away from the main beaches at Rhoscolyn and The White Eagle, a popular gastro pub. The spacious and well equipped modern kitchen has underfloor heating, a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is a round table with 6 chairs. The large sitting room has big double aspect windows to make the most of the magnificent views, comfy sofas set around an open fire and a TV. To one side there is a large dining table with seating for 10. There is also a second sitting room/snug with a sofa and TV. There are 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin. There is also a loo and wash hand basin by the utility room which houses the washing machine. A staircase leads from the snug to a double bedroom and a child's bedroom which has a single bed and a gallery bed above. The staircase from the main hall leads to a twin bedroom with it's own balcony overlooking the coast, and the spacious master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. There is also a seating area where the views are even more amazing. The stairs from the hall lead to the family bathroom. There is a lovely garden with direct access to the coastal footpath, and parking for up to 6 cars. To make your stay at Pant Yr Hyman that much more memorable, you can arrange for supply of a hot tub to help you unwind, relax and enjoy the sunset during your stay (£275 per week, subject to availability).
