The Stables, Home FarmHome Farm is set in 80 acres of glorious English countryside, one mile east of Ashdown Forest in the High Weald area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Originally a Victorian farm, the Stables nestle beside a Sussex barn giving it a sheltered and private setting.The pretty garden looks out across the wildflower meadows to the woods beyond and all of this is accessible to visitors.The Stables are delightfully rural and yet close to amenities and transport. The interior has been sensitively restored with many original features including stable doors, beams and a vaulted living room. There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a sofa bed on the sitting room gallery The owners are committed to sustainable tourism: solar panels have been installed and logs provided are from the Home Farm woods
