Ground Floor:
Sitting Room is carpeted and has a beautiful brick fireplace and hearth housing a superb woodburning stove, an antique style leather two seater sofa and two matching armchairs, a flat screen digital TV/DVD in moveable cabinet and an occasional table.  There is a large built-in cupboard for storing coats and boots which also houses the freezer
Kitchen has a terracotta tiled floor and provides an electric oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge and washing machine. Tons of storage in every corner! There is a dining table with four chairs and a door leading to the garden

Bedroom 1 with beautiful original floorboards, beams and fireplace with a double  bed, bedside cabinets, antique chair and a built in cupboard with shelving plus another built-in cupboard hidden behind an ancient door providing plentiful clothes hanging space
Bathroom is across the landing and has linoleum flooring, bath with shower over, a huge wall mounted heated towel rail making the room toasty warm - a dimplex heater is also mounted above the door just in case, washbasin and w.c

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 with beautiful stripped floorboards, single 3' stacker bed to form twins, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and high wall mounted wooden knobs to hold quality wooden hangers

Garden: Patio area outside the kitchen door then through arch to lawned garden with decked sun trap with pergola and garden furniture. Barbecue available.
Parking: On street or by arrangement with the nearby pub.
Heating: Electric thermostatically controlled radiators and the woodburning stove.
Notes: Due to the very steep stairs this property is not suitable for the very young or those with mobility problems.
