This welcoming, light, airy and immaculately presented attached cottage lies in the middle of the village - opposite the cricket and bowls ground which also has an excellent childrens' playground.  It has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard and provides an excellent holiday base. Great Dixter is a ten minute walk by footpaths running from the sports ground, Northiam Station for the Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway is a few minutes drive - with The Station pub and The Mill restaurant next to the Railway. Shop: 50 yards Pub: 25 yards Coast: 8 miles
