Newly refurbished in 2019, the lodge features one double bedroom with an ensuite shower and two twin bedrooms, alongside a family bathroom equipped with an overhead shower. The modern kitchen includes essential appliances such as a dishwasher, while the open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the outdoors on the decking with furniture, and the lodge is centrally heated for added comfort. Notably, early check-in is available at 3:00 PM, and while pets are allowed, the lodge maintains a no-pets policy for certain bookings.

The lodge is situated within a sprawling 100-acre parkland, offering a picturesque setting just a short walk from the coast. Shorefield, the park in which the lodge is located, is only three miles from the New Forest, a region known for its unique natural beauty. Visitors can engage in activities such as deer spotting and observing the famous ponies that roam freely in the area. This location is ideal for families, with numerous attractions nearby including Lymington's historic street market, diverse shops, and sailing opportunities, as well as ferries that provide day trips to the Isle of Wight.

In addition to local attractions, the area boasts several family-friendly destinations such as the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens, Paultons Park, and Peppa Pig World, all of which are easily accessible.
