Set within mature grounds, it is ideally situated close to the coast and various water-based activities. The property features modern amenities while retaining its original character, ensuring a comfortable stay any time of the year.

The ground floor of the barn includes an open-plan living space with a wooden floor, featuring a spacious lounge equipped with an electric fire, a 32" Freeview TV, and French doors that lead to the outside. The galley-style kitchen is well-appointed with an electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, while the first bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath is available. The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with four single beds, making it ideal for families or groups.

Outside, guests can relax in the small courtyard or enjoy the expansive three-acre natural grounds, which include a patio and furniture for alfresco dining. The property also offers parking for up to three cars and a cycle store. However, it is important to note that there is an unfenced pond located 100 yards away. The barn conversion includes all essential utilities such as oil heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels, with additional amenities like a travel cot and highchair available upon request.

Pembrokeshire is renowned for its stunning beaches and coastal resorts, with highlights including the award-winning Harbour Beach in Tenby and the idyllic Barafundle Bay.
