The ground floor of Nutley Farmhouse features a welcoming living room equipped with comfortable seating for eight, an inglenook fireplace, and entertainment options including a TV and DVD player. The dining area can seat up to 22 people, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings. The well-appointed kitchen includes modern appliances such as a hob, double electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer drawer, along with a utility room that offers additional fridge-freezer space and a WC for convenience.

On the first floor, guests will find four double bedrooms, each capable of accommodating two guests with versatile zip-link beds that can be configured as super king-size or twin beds upon request. Two of these rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while a family bathroom with both a shower and bath caters to the needs of all guests. Outside, the cottage offers a grassy area with communal seating and benches, access to ancient woodlands, and fields, alongside parking for two cars on a gravel area opposite the property.

Nutley Edge is not only a beautiful retreat but also supports a charitable cause, as it is owned by Outward, a London-based charity, with all profits directed towards helping disadvantaged individuals achieve independence. The estate comprises 12 properties, including accessible options, making it suitable for larger gatherings such as weddings and parties.
