The sleeping arrangements consist of four well-appointed bedrooms: two with kingsize beds and two with double beds. The property also boasts a bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle, as well as an additional shower room. Accessibility is a key feature, with electric heaters, private parking, and wheelchair access available. Guests can enjoy the outdoors on the large decking area furnished with garden furniture, surrounded by 500 acres of shared woodland grounds, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere of the site.

Leafy Run offers a contemporary design with a peaceful decked area, while Leafy Retreat features high-spec granite worktops and built-in furniture. Reiver’s Rest, recently renovated in 2018, provides a private hot tub on raised decking with direct access to woodland walks. The site also includes a fully renovated restaurant and is conveniently located less than a mile from the village of Otterburn, which features a mill shop and a café selling local produce.

This location serves as a fantastic base for exploring the Northumberland National Park, Kielder Forest, and the Scottish Borders. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to walking trails and adventure activities, with Bellingham nearby offering various tea rooms, pubs, and shops. Day trips to Alnwick, known for its famous castle, and the Northumberland Heritage Coast with its stunning beaches and castles are easily achievable.
