The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast area, electric Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washer/dryer, ensuring all the conveniences of home are at hand.

Inside, Laguna Cottage comprises four well-appointed bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, another with a double bed, a third with twin beds, and a fourth featuring bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The cottage also boasts two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and the other with a shower cubicle, both equipped with heated towel rails. Guests can enjoy the benefits of biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and logs for the open fire, along with a welcome pack to ease their arrival. For families traveling with young children, a travel cot and highchair are available upon request.

The expansive outdoor space includes a large enclosed garden with a sitting-out area, garden furniture, and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. Guests can also explore the 30 acres of shared wooded grounds, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Private parking is available for two cars, and the property maintains a no-smoking policy, with a pond located in the grounds that guests should be aware of.
