The ground floor of the house is open-plan, creating a welcoming atmosphere with a large matted lobby for storing coats and boots, alongside a convenient cloakroom. The modern kitchen and dining area is equipped with energy-efficient appliances, including a Rangemaster cooker, Miele fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, complemented by granite work surfaces and all necessary cooking utensils. Double French doors lead to a Welsh slate patio, perfect for outdoor dining with garden furniture and a barbecue.
