The dining room boasts wooden flooring and an iPod dock, creating a pleasant atmosphere for shared meals. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, and electric oven, catering to all culinary needs.
On the first floor, guests will find a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom featuring a large corner bath and a separate walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a separate WC for added convenience. The second floor offers two more bedrooms: a small double with a hand basin and a twin bedroom that provides lovely views of the surrounding fells. The property is fully furnished with all essential amenities, including gas heating, bed linen, and broadband internet access, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Outside, the cottage features an enclosed rear courtyard with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the fresh air. On-street parking is available, and the property is equipped with six passes for the Keswick pool and fitness suite, enhancing the guest experience. It is important to note that the stairs to the second floor are steep, and due to the residential nature of the area, the property is suited for family groups and walkers only. A security deposit of £100 is required, ensuring that guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.
