The lower ground floor offers additional amenities, including a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with two more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms features a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the other has twin beds. A separate toilet is also available on this level. The property is equipped with oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests will also receive an initial supply of logs for the wood burner and a welcome pack upon arrival.

Cumberland House boasts a lovely lawned garden with a patio and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Private parking is available for one vehicle, with additional on-road parking options. It is important to note that the property is built on a slight slope, which includes ten steps leading to the lawned garden and three steps to the patio.
