The home boasts modern contemporary furnishings and an inviting atmosphere, complemented by a private enclosed hard landscaped garden that enhances its appeal. Notably, the top-floor bedroom offers delightful views of the estuary, although guests should be mindful of the steep staircase leading to this level.

The interior layout of Camel Cottage is spread over three floors. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a hall adorned with original floorboards, which leads into a cozy living room furnished with comfortable seating, including a sofa bed (bed linen not provided). This room features a likeable hearth and is equipped with a TV and DVD player, creating a perfect space for relaxation. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen/day room, characterized by original slate flooring and a gas-fired Rayburn alongside modern appliances, including an electric oven and Smeg hob. This inviting area also includes a day sofa and storage for glassware and crockery.

The dining area, located in the conservatory, features a refectory-style table and benches, providing a delightful setting for meals. It also houses a built-in dishwasher and overlooks a likeable bricked and pebbled rear courtyard, complete with garden furniture for outdoor enjoyment. The property includes a beach hut/garden store that accommodates a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer, enhancing convenience for guests.
