On the first floor, guests will find an elegant sitting room offering spectacular 160-degree sea views, capturing the beauty of the surrounding landscape from Annett in the west to St Martins in the northeast. This level also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an additional single bedroom, providing ample sleeping arrangements.

On the second floor, the property features two light and spacious twin rooms, each with dormer windows that allow for plenty of natural light and stunning views from both the north and south sides. One of the twin rooms can accommodate a third bed, making it flexible for larger groups. A shared bathroom with a separate toilet is also available on this floor.
