The ground floor features a double bedroom, a shower, and a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area equipped with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The first floor includes a king-size double bedroom with an ensuite shower, another double room, and a twin room, along with a bathroom that boasts a spa bath and a separate shower. The cottage is fitted with central heating and night storage heating for comfort throughout the year.

The Atlantic Reach Holiday Resort, where the cottage is situated, combines a prime location in the heart of Cornwall with an abundance of fantastic on-site facilities. Set around a historic manor house, the resort features an outdoor pool, a play area, and a bar/restaurant that offers entertainment for all ages. Additionally, guests can enjoy a leisure centre complete with an indoor pool, gym, soft play centre, café, and kids club, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy during their stay.

Newquay is surrounded by stunning golden beaches, charming villages, and numerous attractions, making it a vibrant holiday destination. Guests can easily explore nearby spots such as Watergate Bay, Sennen Cove, St Ives, Polzeath, Padstow, Tintagel, and the renowned Eden Project. The resort's leisure complex includes a 14-meter indoor heated pool, a children's pool, and a large gym that offers over 80 fitness classes. Guests can also enjoy outdoor amenities such as a 25-meter outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a nine-hole par 3 pitch and putt. While the Manor Arms and Restaurant provides family entertainment during specific dates throughout the year, the outdoor pool is open from late May to the end of August.
