The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds and wooden floors, and the fourth bedroom features a kingsize bed, also with wooden flooring. Additionally, a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds convenience for guests.

On the first floor, the living and dining area is designed for comfort and relaxation, complete with a wood burner, Freeview TV, and various entertainment options such as a DVD and Blu-ray player, as well as an iPod dock. The kitchen, featuring a breakfast area, is well-equipped with modern appliances including a dual fuel range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
