The cottage features four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests, making it ideal for family and friends traveling together. The outdoor area boasts an enclosed garden with a Lazy Spa hot tub, providing an inviting space for relaxation after a day of exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire landscape.

Upon entering Ty Gwyn, visitors are greeted by a hallway that leads to the downstairs living spaces and the staircase to the bedrooms. The lounge area is equipped with comfortable sofa seating, a TV with Freeview and Netflix, and sliding doors that open into the dining room, enhancing the open-plan feel of the space. The dining room comfortably seats up to seven people and features double doors that lead to the furnished garden and patio area, complete with the hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and electric oven and hob, ensuring a convenient cooking experience.

The cottage includes a downstairs bedroom with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower enclosure, toilet, and basin. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms: a double bedroom with a dressing table, another double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, providing ample sleeping arrangements. A family bathroom is also available, featuring an 'L' shaped bath with a shower over, along with a toilet and basin. The property is equipped with gas central heating, WiFi throughout, and a washing machine for added convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Outside, Ty Gwyn offers parking for two cars at the front and a beautifully furnished enclosed garden at the rear, which includes the Lazy Spa hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The property welcomes one well-behaved dog, and guests can check in from 4 PM and check out before 11 AM.
