Guests can take advantage of the nearby amenities in Hope Cove, which boasts two golden sandy beaches, a village shop, and several pubs and restaurants, including The Cottage Hotel known for its delightful Devon cream tea. The location is perfect for those looking to explore the scenic walking trails, indulge in local seafood, and visit the nearby sailing towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. The property also provides a deck with loungers and a patio area, enhancing the outdoor experience for guests.
For convenience, The Exchange offers parking for up to three cars, and electric vehicle charging is available via an outdoor socket, with a charge of £30 per car per week. The home is equipped with essential amenities, including bed linen and towels (excluding beach and dog towels), underfloor heating, and a travel cot with stair gates for families with young children. Guests are advised that mobile reception may vary based on their provider, as there is no landline telephone available.
