Guests of The Salcombe enjoy exclusive access to a range of amenities, including a four-ring induction hob, integrated oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, while gas-fired central heating provides warmth and hot water. Additionally, there is a communal laundry facility available for guest use, and each apartment comes with a designated parking space in a secure car park, as well as mooring access on the pontoon for boats up to 5 meters in length.
