A glazed door leads into a small kitchen equipped with essential appliances, including an electric ceramic hob, built-in oven, washing machine, and large fridge/freezer. The spacious living room is bright and inviting, featuring polished wood floors, cozy sofas, a new woodburner stove, and a dining table that seats up to eight. The cottage includes a double bedroom with picturesque sea views, a smaller bedroom, and a basic bathroom. Outside, the cottage is accessed via a rough track leading from Lannacombe Beach, and the surrounding grounds are shared among three coastguard cottages.
