The dining area is designed to host meals for up to ten people, featuring a large table positioned near a picturesque window with a window seat, perfect for enjoying the scenic surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, larder fridge, and a large freezer, along with a washer/dryer for added convenience. The first floor comprises three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed featuring a Vi Sprung mattress, and two additional bedrooms each with two 3ft single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath, a separate toilet, and practical amenities such as a heated towel rail and a drying cupboard.

Ty Mari is designed with modern comforts while maintaining its historical charm, having been thoughtfully refurbished by an interior designer. A detached, heated garden room provides additional space with light and power, offering glorious views of the surrounding countryside. Although mobile signal may be weak in the cottage, a landline telephone is available for emergencies. Guests can enjoy the limited garden area shared between Ty Mari and the adjacent cottage, Penroc, which is located just 100 meters along a rough track from the main road. This outdoor space is perfect for barbecues or sunbathing, and both cottages have adjacent gardens with stunning vistas.

For larger gatherings, Ty Mari can be booked in conjunction with Penroc, accommodating up to ten guests in total. Penroc features two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, making it ideal for family reunions or trips with friends. The nearby village offers local amenities, including a shop, pub, and restaurant just three miles away, ensuring that guests have access to essential services while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.
