The ground floor of Treliver Farm House features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each named after flowers. The first bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, a 32" Freeview TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower over the bath, bidet, and toilet. The second bedroom offers twin beds and its own en-suite with a shower cubicle. On the first floor, guests will find a spacious living room equipped with a wood burner and a 50" Freeview TV, along with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area that includes a gas range cooker, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring a delightful cooking experience.

The property is equipped with modern amenities, including oil central heating, broadband, and initial logs for the wood burner, guaranteeing comfort throughout the year. Outside, a sitting area with garden furniture provides a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the scenic views. The house also features private parking for up to three cars and maintains a no-smoking policy. It is important to note that the property has a natural water supply from a borehole and includes a stream and pond in the grounds, making it a unique and tranquil setting. However, it is not suitable for children under five years old.
