The kitchen and dining area on the third floor is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, the property is fitted with electric central heating, Wi-Fi, and shared laundry facilities, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Outside, there is a patio with garden furniture, as well as private parking for up to six cars.
