Each holiday cottage within the estate has its own garden and seating area, providing a peaceful retreat for couples and families alike.

The accommodation comprises a ground floor living room equipped with an electric coal-effect fire and a television, a dining room, and a kitchen/dining area featuring modern amenities such as an electric cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The first floor includes three bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—along with a bathroom and an additional shower room on the ground floor. The property features oil central heating, an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, and a welcome pack for guests. For added convenience, an external utility room with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer is available for shared use.

Guests can enjoy various recreational activities, including access to an indoor heated swimming pool, which can be reserved for private use for one hour per day. Additionally, there are facilities for table tennis and a shared quarter-size snooker table, with a full-size snooker room available at an extra cost for adults only. The property is dog-friendly, allowing pets to accompany guests, provided they are kept on a lead outside of the garden area.
