Underfloor heating throughout the property, along with inclusive utilities such as gas, electricity, bed linen, and towels, adds to the overall comfort. A welcome pack is provided to help guests settle in, and the owners offer access to a washing machine for added convenience.

On the first floor, guests will find a unique galleried bedroom featuring six zip and link single beds, which can be configured into super kingsize beds upon request, providing flexibility for different group sizes. Outside, the property boasts expansive unspoilt grounds shared with the owner and other on-site properties, including a patio with garden furniture, a gas BBQ, and a summer house available from April to October. A firepit is also provided for cozy evenings under the stars, and there is private parking available for two cars. It's important to note that the property has a natural water supply from a spring and is in proximity to a fenced river located 100 yards away.

Guests can enjoy the sight of the owner’s smallholding, which is home to various animals, including chickens, sheep, pigs, and geese. For those looking to accommodate larger parties, The Hen House can be booked alongside The Pig Sty and another unit to host up to 10 guests, making it a perfect choice for family reunions or group retreats.
