The dining area seamlessly connects to a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The ground floor also includes a luxurious bedroom with a zip and link super king-size bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, along with an en-suite bathroom that features both a bath and a walk-in shower.

On the first floor, guests will find an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower cubicle, as well as a third bedroom with twin beds and access to an atrium. The property is equipped with oil central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and complimentary amenities such as bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. A welcome pack greets guests upon arrival, and the enclosed courtyard provides outdoor space for relaxation, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking is available for up to four cars, and the property maintains a no-smoking policy.
