The property is also family-friendly, although care must be taken due to a fenced stream located in the farmland. The location of Combe Hill Farm is ideal for exploring various National Trust and English Heritage sites, including Rudyard Kipling's home at Batemans, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle.
