The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary self-catering amenities, including a fridge-freezer, a four-slice toaster, a dishwasher, and a microwave grill. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee from the Nespresso machine while seated at a cozy breakfast table. The property features three bedrooms: the first is a king-size room with direct access to the rear garden, fitted wardrobes, and a dressing table. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room with two full-sized beds, while the third is a double bedroom that offers views of the front garden and the Camel Estuary, complete with an en-suite WC.

The family bathroom includes a shower cubicle and modern amenities such as an LED mirror and heated towel rails.
