The cottage features a welcoming entrance leading to a cozy sitting room, complete with an open fireplace and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm atmosphere. The sitting area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player, ensuring entertainment for guests. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a dining area that offers a charming original lidstone range (non-functional) as a focal point. A new shower room adds convenience, while the attractive original wood panelled walls and natural fibre flooring throughout the home enhance its character.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom with a 5ft bed and a twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, both featuring original wooden floors and natural fibre rugs. An additional bathroom with a bath and shower overhead caters to the needs of guests. The second floor boasts a lovely attic room with exposed stone walls and beams, complete with Velux windows, a high-quality double futon bed, and comfortable seating. For groups of four or fewer, only the main bedrooms will be prepared unless specified otherwise for the attic room. The cottage also provides essential amenities such as bed linen, a travel cot, and Wi-Fi for guests' convenience.

Outside, the cottage features an enclosed garden with a patio area furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh Devon air. Parking is available unrestricted just opposite the cottage. The location offers immediate access to the beach and a pub, both just 10 yards away, while a seasonal village shop and café provide basic provisions and fresh seafood.
