Access to the windmill requires a car, with the nearest amenities located four miles away and the closest beach about ten miles distant. The property is approached via a four-mile track over marshland, which includes several gates that must be opened and closed. A private water supply is available, but due to its high iron content, it is not suitable for drinking or cooking; therefore, nine liters of bottled water are provided for guests.

To ensure a pleasant stay, a Good Housekeeping Deposit of £150 is required, and guests may also need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.
