Located in the charming town of Kingsbridge, Devon, this delightful detached holiday home offers a serene retreat for families and couples alike. Just a short drive from the coast, the property comfortably sleeps six guests and features a range of amenities that enhance the overall experience. The ground floor includes a cozy living and dining area equipped with Freeview TV, a fully functional kitchen with essential appliances such as an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet for convenience.

On the first floor, guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms: a spacious kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower cubicle, a comfortable double bedroom, and a bunk bed room ideal for children. Additionally, there is a bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and a toilet. The home is equipped with oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. A cot is available upon request, making it suitable for families with young children.

The property boasts an enclosed lawned garden complete with patio and garden furniture, providing a perfect outdoor space for relaxation. Private parking is available for up to three cars, and the home maintains a no smoking policy to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
