Additionally, the cottage provides initial fuel for the wood burner and offers a travel cot and highchair upon request. The property is set within 11 acres of natural grounds, featuring private parking for three cars. It is important to note that the cottage has a natural water supply from a borehole and that there are four unfenced ponds located 30 yards away.

Just a 15-minute drive away, the artsy town of Hebden Bridge is a must-visit, while the moors and cobbled streets of Haworth, known for its Brontë heritage, are easily accessible.

For nature lovers, the National Trust's Hardcastle Crags, featuring over 400 acres of unspoilt woodland, can be reached in approximately 20 minutes.
