The expansive south-facing sun deck is a standout feature, providing direct access to the lake and panoramic views of the surrounding nature. It is equipped with seating for five to six people, a sun parasol, and a charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking. Safety is a priority, with railings and steps leading down to the lake, complemented by a gate at the bottom of the steps. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a single oven/grill, ceramic hob, washer dryer, built-in fridge/freezer, half-size dishwasher, and microwave, ensuring convenience for all culinary needs.

On the first floor, guests will find the bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a 5' double bed with lake views and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, basin, and WC. The estate itself spans 550 acres of a private nature reserve, encompassing seven lakes and three rivers, and includes a range of amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, tennis court, and children's play area. Guests can indulge in excellent fishing opportunities, table tennis, and soft play (charges apply). Close to Cirencester, the location provides easy access to explore the Cotswolds and offers good transport links, being approximately 1.5 hours from West London. Notably, Somerford Lagoon is a protected site for wintering wildfowl, allowing only non-powered water sports during specific months, while Spinney Lake is available for such activities year-round, making this destination a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
