The ground floor of Larchwood includes three well-appointed bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite shower, a twin room, and a bunk room, making it ideal for families or groups. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease.
