The lodge is all on the ground floor and includes a welcoming reception hall, a generously sized living room equipped with an electric fire, a 32" Freeview TV, and a DVD player for entertainment. The kitchen/dining area is well-appointed with modern appliances, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it convenient for guests to prepare and enjoy meals. Additionally, the accommodation features three comfortable bedrooms: one double, one twin, and one bunk bed room, alongside a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate shower room. A sauna is also available for relaxation.

Outside, guests can take advantage of a large decked area furnished with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. The lodge is situated within 50 acres of shared grounds, which provide ample space for outdoor activities. Private parking is available for two cars, and the property is pet-friendly. However, it is important to note the presence of an unfenced loch located just 55 yards away, which requires caution, especially for families with children.

The lodge's location offers easy access to a variety of local attractions. The charming town of Inveraray, known for its excellent selection of shops, is only 12 miles away, while Oban, a popular destination for visitors, is about a 50-minute drive. Guests can also find a highly regarded hotel just a short five-minute walk away, featuring a range of locally sourced meals and beverages. For those interested in fishing or exploring the loch, small motor boats are available for hire. Additionally, the nine lodges on the property can be booked together, accommodating up to 42 guests for larger gatherings or events.
